RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau has acquired 12% of Euclid Labs shares with an operation that will ensure the German leader of panel bending systems a strong position as an innovator in robotized systems for metal sheets and secure to the Italian software house capital for its expansion in 3D vision and no code robotics applications.
Euclid Labs and RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau started cooperating in 2009 when Euclid Labs empowered RAS MinibendCenter with its bin picking software.
